The Bomb Paleo Chili

This week I am going to share with you the bomb paleo chili recipe. Its easy to make and tastes wonderful!

Chili recipe:

Ingredients;

2 lbs. of ground meat (I used venison)

1 pint of homemade tomato sauce

4 cups of broth

diced veggies; I used three stalks of celery, two 7” carrots, one medium sized onion, two cloves of garlic, and one leaf of basil.

1 tbs.  cocoa powder (yes cocoa powder, just trust me on this one)

1/4 c. chili powder

1 jalapeno pepper (exclude if you want a milder chili)

Instructions:

Pour the broth into a crock pot.  Cook one pound of meat at a time and add to the broth. Place the vegetables into a food processer and pulse until their finely shredded. Add the vegetables and the rest of the ingredients to the crock pot and stir well. Turn on high and let it cook for 6 hours.  Enjoy!
